“Tenterfield Antiques & Collectables”

“Tenterfield Antiques & Collectables”, also often referred to as “Elizabeth’s Bank”, is the former Rural Bank  located at 305 Rouse Street, Tenterfield.

It is a grand old 1891 Italianate style building with a massive cedar ceiling and ornate beautifully decorated Corinthian columns.

The ground floor former banking chamber has been converted into an interesting “shoppe”  with a wide variety of vintage, retro and antique pieces all at reasonable prices.

As a general rule I do not purchase stock from the public but take items on consignment.  Consequently there is an eclectic inventory which is constantly changing.

Please Note:  Terms of sale are cash only although payments for larger priced items can be made by direct debit.  Whilst in this day and age it seems unreasonable not to have credit card or phone payment facilities I just can’t manage it logistically when I have such a large number of clients  who place their goods with me for sale on consigment.
